What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely in love with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. Please ensure the items are returned in their original packaging.
Are your products compatible with induction stovetops?
Most of our core cookware collection, including the Always Pan and Perfect Pot, is designed with a stainless steel base that makes it compatible with all cooktops, including induction, gas, and electric.
